Why start here
Even if your ambition is the Pro Licence, you start at UEFA C unless your prior coaching record qualifies for credit. The C Licence is also the most affordable and shortest licence — a 5–7 day residential plus three months of supervised practice. For a coach building from scratch, it is the fastest credible international credential available.
Format
5–7 day residential block in Europe (we manage travel, accommodation, food). Three months supervised practice back in South Africa with a Tribal Nation Sports mentor. Final practical assessment via video submission and mentor sign-off. Total elapsed time: ~4 months.

Do I need playing experience to do the UEFA C?
No — but a working environment to apply learning matters. Most candidates already coach at a school, club academy or community programme. If you don't, we help you find a placement during the supervised-practice phase.
Is UEFA C enough to coach in the PSL?
No — first-team PSL coaching requires a CAF A Licence minimum. UEFA C is the right qualification for youth, grassroots and pre-academy roles, and it's the foundation for higher UEFA licences.
