Football in Southern Africa has a pipeline problem. Not a talent problem — a structure problem. Two million registered players in South Africa alone. A national team with European credibility. Academies producing professionals at every level of the league. And yet the people who coach them — who develop them, who teach them the game — have no serious pathway.
For six years, South African coaches stood outside the CAF Coaching Convention. When the doors reopened in November 2023, the first post-readmission CAF A Licence course received 65 applications for 25 places. The hunger is there. The infrastructure is not.
Tribal Nation Sports exists to fix that. Not with another diploma mill. Not with a one-off course. A permanent platform — masterclasses every month, certified courses for every modern role, and the most credible UEFA pathway on the continent. Built by people who work inside the game, for the long term — alongside the local football community, not around it.
