Do I need playing experience?
No. A working coaching environment matters more — school, club, academy or community programme. We help with placement if needed.
Is UEFA C enough to coach in the PSL?
No — first-team PSL coaching needs a CAF A minimum. UEFA C is for youth/grassroots and is the foundation for higher UEFA licences.
